Returns & Replacements Policy

Because all KPFF orders are custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than error or damage.

Returns or replacements will only be approved if:

The item received was not what was ordered, or the item arrived damaged or defective prior to receipt

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the issue for review.

Items approved for return or replacement must be unused and in their original condition. Once reviewed, KPFF Shop will work quickly to correct the issue.
